For mortgages we are independent mortgage advisers and we will recommend a mortgage product that is suitable for you following an assessment of your personal needs and circumstances.

What You'll Pay

We do not charge you a fee for assistance in choosing the most suitable mortgage for your circumstances.

Application Fee Structure

We charge a non-refundable application fee based on the time spent on preparing your mortgage application for submission to the recommended lender, supervision of the application process up to the mortgage offer stage, providing you with regular updates and liaising on your behalf with your Solicitor or Estate Agent.

Standard Applications

Fee: £699

Due: Upon submission of the full mortgage application

Adverse Credit Applications

Fee: £999

Applies to: Applicants who have missed two or more secured and/or unsecured payments on credit accounts within the last 24 months

Due: Upon submission of the full mortgage application

Lender Commission

    We receive and retain commission paid by the lender when your mortgage completes

    Amount confirmed in the lender's disclosure document

    You can request to view commission rates at recommendation stage

Important: The fee becomes due upon the submission of the full mortgage application. For all cases where a fee is payable, you will be required to sign a Client Agreement prior to applying for your mortgage. Invoices are payable on the day the invoice is issued.

In all cases, you will receive a key facts illustration, which will tell you about any fees relating to a particular mortgage and any commission payable to us.

Refund of Fees

Please note our fee will still be charged should the lender reject your mortgage application due to you not disclosing any material information about your personal situation.

No Refund Policy: We do not provide a refund should you decide not to proceed with the mortgage loan after we have made a recommendation to you.

This policy reflects the work and resources committed to researching, preparing and submitting your application, which cannot be recovered once completed.

If you make a complaint and we are unable to meet our liabilities, you may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
